I have some signed books by indie author, like Halfway by Stephanie Void, and A Shade of Vampire by Bella Forest. I also have Torn Wing by Kiki Hamilton that I've won from a giveaway, but I've never met an author :)
ReplyDeleteMy collection of signed books is really small. Which means I only have one book: Deeper We Fall by Chelsea M. Cameron. And since I live 'in the middle of nowhere' aka Estonia, I have never met an author, but I plan on changing that soon enough.

About That Night by Julie James, Caught in the Spotlight by Jules Bennet, First Light by Samantha Summer, Love on the Range by Jessica Nelson, The Renegade's Heart by Claire Delacroix, and Season for Surrender by Theresa Romain. Never met any author, though :(
ReplyDeleteI have signed Red Glove by Holly Black, The Piper's Son by Melina Marchetta, Jennifer L. Armentrout 3 Lux books and Inside by Maria V. Snyder. I've never met an author before cause I live in Bosnia and there aren't any tours here. :(

ReplyDeleteI have not a single signed book, I live in Sweden and signed books are, unfortunately, very rare here. It's not often you have the opportunity to meet an author so the only way to get a signed book is to send it to the author and ask he/she to signed it for you... and authors seems to be busy people so there are not many who can do it. I haven't met any authors yet.

Sadly I don't have a single book that is signed by the author. And as of yet I haven't met any author since none of my favorite or rather any author whose books I read have come to India.

ReplyDeleteI've never met any authors (though I did have a sighting at a play once!), but I do have a couple of signed copies: The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood and Miss Darcy Falls in Love by Sharon Lathan.
ReplyDeleteI have quite a few signed books. One of the most recent is Prophecy of the Setting Sunrise by Diantha Jones. She left me such a nice note! And sadly I haven't met any authors yet though I hope I someday can.

DeleteI don't own a single signed book :( I haven't met any authors either. I've only chatted with some authors online and such. I live in Puerto Rico, and there aren't any bookstores here, so authors don't tend to visit or sign books. :(

I have a handful of signed books: Floor Time (Liz Crowe), several Lizzy Ford books, The Book of Paul (Richard Long), a Sookie Stackhouse, several Rick Riordan middle-grade books,6 by others from Evolved Publishing (Amelia James, Emlyn Chand, Lane Diamond, Michael Dadich, D Conklin, Darby Davenport). But I have never been fortunate enough to meek any authors (to my knowledge).

ReplyDeleteI have signed copies of Shatter Me and Unravel Me by Tahereh Mafi (and I get to meet her after I was invited by a local bookstore here in our country for an exclusive Blogger Forum) Then I won a signed copy of Something Strange and Deadly, J'Adore, five books by Julie Ann Peters then for reviews I received signed copy of Song of the Red Cloak by Chantel Acevedo and Storm by Melissa Kline. I love Signed books! :)

ReplyDeleteI used to live in the same building with Bill Grainer, a suspense author who has died. I have several signed books by Theresa Medeiros that I won several years ago. I know I have others, but I'm not sure of the titles/authors.
ReplyDeleteI own signed copies of a few books by Indian authors. I love and adore those copies. I've met author Amish who has written the Shiva trilogy, a national bestseller in India. I do own a few other signed books won in INT giveaways and I love those copies and well!

ReplyDeleteWow, I have too many signed books to list, I have a great collection. Its the only physical books I will own, (besides some hardback collectors editions, like my Mortal Instruments series, and all my Harry Potter books, as well as some others)

I had a book signed by Alyson Noel. My middle school granddaughter saw it and said she liked her books so I gave it to her. She was all smiles.

None and none :( No signed books, and I have never met any authors. Hoping to meet some this summer, though.
